در فنداسیون

ما در قالب یک مثال این موضوع را بررسی می
نماییم. بر فرض مثال سازه مورد نظر ما بتنی و شش طبقه باشد.

برای پیشنهاد اولیه عمق حداقل پی : (تعداد طبقات
×10)
+20 سانتیمتر

6*10+20=80cm
برای پیشنهاد اولیه محاسبه عرض حداقل
نوارها:
(تعداد طبقات ×20)+20 سانتیمتر

6*20+20=140cm
حداقل میلگردهای طولی: از بین دو آیتم زیر،
مقدار بیشینه را محاسبه می نماییم:

b: عرض پی150cm=1500mm
d: عمق موثر940mm=100-5-(2/2)=94cm

0.0025*1500*940)/2=3525mm2

از آنجا که آیتم AS1 بزرگتر از آیتم بعدی است، ملاک عمل
ما در محاسبات خواهد بود. پس داریم:
