نکات عمرانی به زبان اصلی

داشتن یک تاپیک که در آن امکان ارائه مطالب به زبان اصلی مقدور باشد در این سایت خالی است. مطالب این تاپیک عمرانی ولی بدون طبقه بندی خواهد بود
ومحوریت مطالب زبان فنی عمرانی می باشد.هرچقدر متون انتخابی مختصر ومفید و گویا باشد برای کاربران مفید خواهد بود. خیلی از جوابها به سئوالات فنی
در متون فنی انگلیسی یافت می شود وگریزان بودن دوستان عمرانی از زبان فنی ، آنها را از دریای بی کران منابع اصلی محروم می کند.

اولین مطلب این تاپیک پرسش وپاسخی هست از علت آرمه دار کردن ستونهای بتنی.

If you want the column to carry the imposed load without any reinforcement, then it will have to be of a much larger size than you see the columns around. This will create a reduction in the floor area.therefore the reinforcements are used to minimize the size of the column in order to get the maximum space around.

The flat plate floor system is a common design choice for
multilevel buildings and car parks. Despite several advantages of the system,
it has a tendency to fail in punching shear which is a brittle failure at the
slab-column connection and often occurs at a load well below the flexural
capacity of the slab. Openings often need to be constructed in the vicinity of
slab-column connections for a variety of reasons including ventilation,
plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and electrical purposes. When openings are
constructed close to the slab-column connection, the volume of concrete
resisting transverse shear is reduced, hence increasing the likelihood of
punching shear failure of the connection. To strengthen flat plate slab-column
connections and to provide adequate ductility, properly placed and anchored
shear stud reinforcement (SSR) is often utilised.

در متن واشکال زیر مقایسه ای بین اثر بارهای ثقلی وجانبی زلزله درقاب و پی وعکس العمل خاک زیر آن بعمل آمده ونتیجه این بوده که ترکهای ایجاد شده
در اثر بارهای جانبی زلزله در بالا وپایین پی نواری در طول نوار پخش می شود وبرای پیشگیری از آن لازم است پایین وبالای پی نواری ،مسلح شود.

When no earthquake loads are applied, the soil stresses are symmetrically distributed in the entire length of the strip foundation. The soil stresses are higher in the area of columns.

During an earthquake, loading on one edge is higher thus creating higher soil stresses while at the same time the other edge is relieved. When the seismic forces shift direction the footings’ loading switches symmetrically. The deformations and stresses applied to the strip foundation are high and continuously alternating.

Strip foundation behaviour under seismic loads

Strip foundations behave extremely well during an earthquake. Depending upon the seismic forces’ direction one edge is heavily loaded. In large parts of the strip foundation, the deformation continuously reverses and therefore, it requires strong reinforcement both at the upper and lower fibre, especially at the first and last opening of a continuous strip foundation. In order to have a more efficient behaviour of the strip foundation’s edge areas, it is useful to extend the strip foundation beyond the edge columns to an adequate length.

طبق مبحث نهم نسبت شیب میلگرد در محل کاهش ابعاد ستون نباید از یک به شش تجاوز کند.

Reduction of the column’s section size along its height

The reduction of the column’s size from one storey to the other is not favorable either from a theoretical or from a practical point of view. Especially in columns where earthquake resistant behavior is required it must be avoided.
